WARRANTY
All manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within one year of purchase. All other damages will be chargeable.

Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
All repairs need to be returned to us for inspection. Proof of purchase is required for this repair warranty.

Please note rhodium plating can fade with time and wear. To have pieces replated, please contact office@rosadelacruz.com for a quote. Wood, turquoise and pearls are natural materials and their colour and texture can change with time. Contact with water may damage the wood.

If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact office@rosadelacruz.com within seven working days of delivery.
